Buy and sell things from People you trust – Your Friends

Flogg – Free
Is it just me? Or do most of us tend to stay away from sites like Craig’s List and Ebay because of one simple reason. We don’t know who we can trust. Well, a teenage Australian  app developer, Ben Pastemak, believes he has an answer for us. Flogg.

Flogg.is a modernized selling app based on social networks. Flogg allows users to simply sell, buy and barter items with friends and their community. Developed by teen entrepreneur Ben Pasternak,  Flogg combines Tinder and eBay into one. By logging into Flogg with your Facebook account, then choosing a username, you can start to view items for sale immediately. The User Interface  is simple, you will see items as cards to interact with. Each shows a very brief description, the price, and the distance the seller is from your location. If you spot an item that interests you, just tap to get further available details. If you want to make a purchase, you can contact the seller and you are on your way. Now doesn’t that make life a bit easier, and most likely safer, for all of us? Take it for a spin, let us know what you think.

Business Email is Dead –  Long Live Slack

Slack – Free

“There are two types of people in the world: those who have never heard of Slack, and those who can’t imagine life without it.” — The Guardian

The app named Slack is the latest edition of 21st century team collaboration. Slack’s interface channels can open to make a project, team or anything else. If you wish to create private channels, just email invite a few members. Direct Messaging is private and secure to reach members directly. Slack can also share files, images, documents, spreadsheets and PDF’s. With Calls, you can start a voice call with any member of your Slack team. If you’re not a paid user you can still make one-on-one calls, just not group calls.

Seriously, if you’re a business owner, you really have to take a hard look at this.
