After you’ve just spent a ton of cash on that new Android or iPhone, we thought you might enjoy discovering a few free apps that are actually worth paying for   (But you don’t have to!). One of them actually allows your sent messages to self destruct, how neat is that?

Periscope
Twitter has added a new live broadcast video streaming app called Periscope. We know, unless you’ve been hiding under a rock lately, you’ve heard about Periscope. It’s such a great app, we thought it was worth the mention anyway, and if you haven’t taken the time to try it out, you might just give it a second look.“Periscope makes live streaming easy and accessible on your smartphone so shooting live from the game, concert, party or political rally can be done by anyone.” Periscope is a free app that lets you broadcast live video to your followers. It has an easy interface to understand its functions. Twitter users can choose whether or not to make their video public or viewable to only certain users. Audience members can also comment during your live broadcast that you and other members can see just below the video.

EasilyDo
If you are having trouble keeping an appointment, you need this award winning app. EasilyDo is a virtual personal assistant that helps manage your calendar, contacts and tasks.
